Kathy began her real estate career in 2004, earned her broker's license in 2007, and owned her own company in 2008. Together with Jan Goggans, she co-founded Classic Team Realty. Kathy also holds the GRI designation (Graduate, Realtor Institute), reflecting her dedication to continued education and excellence in the industry.
